No comparison with dried peel, Anhydra uses a low temperature drying process, gently removing moisture from clementines by circulating hot air around them. This process preserves the clementines’ aromas, essential oils and natural sweetness. This natural process retains the Clementines nutrients, the intensity of its flavours and the accuracy of its colours. No preservatives, processing aids or seasonings are added during production.
The care taken in drying naturally the clementines makes them more potent than other dried clementines or clementine peel on the market greatly reducing quantity needed to infuse a good flavour/aroma and, more importantly, ensures brewers of consistent results from batch to batch.
