This product is gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, non-GMO, and certified Kosher by Central California Kosher.

Usage Guidance:

2 fl. oz. (59mL) to 5 gallons (19 Litres)
3 ml to 1 Litre

For home cooking and baking, use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon.

As a condiment, use a dropper to add 1-5 drops to taste.

For industrial applications, take samples of the beverage and start dosage low 0.1% then increase to taste. Do bench top trials first before blending into finished beverage, beer or spirit.

Store in a cool, dry, dark container away from sunlight.

Best if used within 24 months.

Recommended storage conditions: Store/ship in a closed container in a dry place away from direct sunlight at 60-85 Deg F (15 - 30 Degrees Celsius)
