BeerCo Bruit Passionfruit Fruit Puree is a sweet, exotic fruit puree with a delicious, slightly tart flavour. Made from Passionfruit Pulp (seed in) (40%), Sugar, Water, and Passionfruit Juice reconstituted (10%), Starch, Acidity Regulator, and Natural Flavours.
An excellent adjunct for use in Tropical Sours and Fruit in Brewing.
Made in Australia from imported and local ingredients.

Due to the aseptic design of this product, it can be stored at ambient conditions. However, it is recommended to store at 5 to 10°C where possible for prolonged storage to maintain optimum product attributes.
