The strain adds even more dimension to "C" hops such as Citra, Chinook, Cascade and Columbus and increase ester intensity with a high fermentation temperature. Ferments well at 32°C / 90°F or higher and is non-phenolic with no noticeable fusels, even at higher temperatures.
Omega Yeast's metabolically healthy cells produce vigorous fermentation and consistent results for home brewers and probrewers alike. Each homebrew pack (150ml) is packed with 225b cells.
