Here’s the breakdown of what you’re now paying in federal tax: Spirits: Increased to $107.99 per Litre of Pure Alcohol (LAL). Packaged Beer (>3.5% ABV): Now $63.75 per LAL. Draught Beer: Remaining frozen at $43.39 per LAL thanks to the ongoing two-year tax freeze.
