Bought this kit, stared at it for 6 months before finally trying my first all grain, modified the method with help of an experienced brewer to suit BIAB, fermentation completed in 5 days!! With a 4 day rest after dry hopping i closed transfered it to a keg , chilled and carbonated........this beer is absolutely incredible!!! Going again for sure

Worked very well to turn out 18% alcohol champagne style drinks. Very effective when coupled with Fermaid AT.

These experimental hops have just been branded- Luna. I am yet to use them, but my next batch will be a hazy with rolled oat and wheat in the grain bill, coupled with Pomona yeast. Super keen to see how it goes.

Best for adjusting colour with no bitterness or flavour impact with low percentage additions. But will also make you beer as black as a politicians heart if needed at higher percentages without the astringency of black malt
