The jury is out at the moment, with the distilling of the wash it overflowed out of the top of the condenser. So had to stop the process. The distilling process is no different from my normal wash process.

This is my 6th go at an IPA, I've never been happy with one I've done. Recipes from books, recipe kits, even fresh wort kits. Finally got one I love. This kit, plus some fastidious temp and oxygen management and I've got a ripper beer.

Another NZ beuty!
Brewed in a NEIPA, big grain bill, big hop bill, abundant stone fruit shining through with no undesireable flavours at all. Nectarine up front with peach in the background . This hop will be one that I will use as part of my regular line up assuming it makes the cut.

I use LDME quite a bit to supplement all grain brews and for quick prep of an extract brew when I don't have time to do a mash. Great product, doesn't overpower the brew when used modestly (< 1kg). Typically making lighter styles; US and Aus Ales, Cervezas and Pilsners.

I have got the Billy Lager in the keg needs a bit more carbonation but tastes fantastic. now for the Dick Stout cant wait. Your service and brews are second to none,i will be back for more . Can you get the pure distilling carbon filters.
