NutrienFast is a complex yeast nutrient with DAP, inactive yeast, and thiamine, developed to prevent stuck or sluggish fermentations. It supplies nitrogen, amino acids, VB1, sterols and long chain fatty acids to promote yeast metabolism and prevent the production of undesirable compounds.

Dosage and Usage:
Dosage:
- 20–40 g/hL (0.2–0.4 g/L)
- Dissolve in 10 times its weight of water or must, then add to the fermentation container and mix well. Add at 25%–45% sugar consumption during alcoholic fermentation, after pitching yeast.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep sealed when not in use to preserve efficacy
- Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture when stored correctly
