BSY-029 London Bluestone Yeast originates from a traditional London brewery.

BSY-029 Bluestone Yeast has a wonderful malt and hop profile.   London BSY-029 is a true top cropping strain with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate.  BSY-029 strain will finish slightly sweet.

A Excellent Ale Yeast

Really great yeast. I used this in an all grain Oatmeal Stout. Made a starter, pitched and oxygenated. Down to an FG of 1.013 in 6 days at 18 degrees. Results were excellent. I now have a very smooth, very creamy very tasty stout to get me through the rest of winter. Definitely keen to try a few more Bluestone yeasts.
