A quality base for distillers looking to undertake their own further distillation and produce whisky spirit on their own equipment. For small to medium-sized stills, these low wines provide the flexibility to take your own hearts and recycle feints into subsequent distillations as required. These low wines are from the stripping run of the mash and have been distilled once.

Brokerage & Agency Agreement
BeerCo Pty Ltd acts solely as a marketplace broker and introductory agent for this product. BeerCo does not take legal ownership, title, or physical possession of these goods at any time. The final contract of sale is strictly between the Buyer and the Vendor, Shaw’s Distillery Pty Ltd (Gippsland, Victoria).
2. Invoicing & Payment
No payment for this product is collected through the BeerCo.com.au checkout. Upon placing an enquiry or order request through our platform, BeerCo will collect the required regulatory documentation and introduce you to the Vendor. Shaw’s Distillery Pty Ltd will issue the final tax invoice directly to the Buyer and process the payment.
3. Strict ATO Licensing Requirements (Under-bond Transfer)
This product contains alcohol on which excise duty has not been paid. It is strictly available only to appropriately licensed distilleries. Before any sale can be finalized, the Buyer must provide BeerCo with valid copies of:
A current ATO Excise Manufacturing Licence.
A Continuing Movement Permission (CMP) covering the transfer of excisable goods.
BeerCo is happy to assist buyers in understanding the CMP establishment process. However, Shaws Distillery retains the right to reject any order if the Buyer's excise documentation cannot be verified.
4. Transfer of Title, Risk, & Logistics
All freight, under-bond transport arrangements, and recording of the movement of excisable products will be managed by Shaw’s Distillery in accordance with ATO regulations. Title and risk of loss transfer directly from Shaw’s Distillery to the Buyer upon dispatch.
5. Product Warranties & Liability
Because these low wines are an intermediate raw material intended for further distillation, they are sold "as is." BeerCo Pty Ltd makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the liquid specification, spirit cut composition, extraction yields, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any product liability, quality disputes, or claims must be directed to the Vendor, Shaw’s Distillery.
