Gladfield Golden Oat Malt is the newest oat malt using Gladfield Big O grain. The oats are germinated in the same way as Gladfield Big O Malt, then roasted in small batches to ensure an even scarification and colour, just as our Crystal Malt recipe.
Gladfield Golden Oat Malt is crystalised in their own husk giving you better lautering and adding a creamy texture and a beautiful orange hue colour to your beer.
