Concentrated Lemon Juice, ultra-filtered, with added approved preservatives as required by our customers. The product has the characteristic appearance, aroma and clean taste of lemon juice. It is made from 100% natural, fresh and wholesome fruit of the specified variety and is unmodified in any way. It is not genetically manipulated and does not contain food additives.
The product complies with the EU Directives and the AIJN Code of Practice and RSK-values. Pesticides or agrochemical residues standards comply with SENASA (Argentine), MERCOSUR, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, FAO/WHO, EPA (USA) and EU rules, Positive List (Japan) and many other country regulations. We always conform to the strictest existing regulations. Furthermore, the use of pesticides or agrochemicals at Citromax is below the average of the laws required by Japan and the United States, among others.
