Our Frozen Concentrated Lime Juice is a premium, high-acidity concentrate sourced directly from Brazil. This product is ideal for industrial applications, including beverages, food manufacturing, and flavouring. The juice is processed to maintain its characteristic fresh lime flavour and aroma, and is protected with a small amount of potassium metabisulfite to ensure its stability.
This product is Halal and Kosher certified, and suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. It is packaged in a 250 Kg metal drum with two internal polyethylene bags for protection, and must be stored frozen.

High Concentration: With a corrected Brix of 62°, this concentrate offers a high yield. To reconstitute to a ready-to-use juice with an 8° Brix, simply add 675 mL of water to 100 mL of concentrate, which is equivalent to a reconstitution factor of 7.75.
Authentic Flavour Profile: The concentrate retains the characteristic flavour and aroma of fresh, mature limes.
Preserved Quality: Contains potassium metabisulfite to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage, with levels carefully controlled at 1500-1800 mg/Kg.
