Two Birds | Amber Ale | Artisan Ale | Fresh Wort Kits are well suited for the time poor homebrewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with maximum taste for a minimum amount of effort.
NOTE: Supplied in a 16.5 litre HDPE cube. These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water immediately prior to fermentation to achieve the ideal balance. You may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

A tasty hoppy amber recipe made in collaboration between 2 Birds Brewing and Grain & Grape back in the day!
Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you would like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy or Cascade in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.064 undiluted, 1.054 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 40 IBU’s using US Warrior hops.
Grist make up: JW Ale 35%, JW Pilsner 35%, Weyermann Melanoidin 10%, JW Munich 10%, JW Wheat 6%, JW Caramalt 3.5% and JW Roast Malt 0.5%.
Flavour hopped with Galaxy and Cascade.
Dry Hop Suggestions:
40g of Galaxy or Cascade in the fermenter.
