Shipping issues

I'm moving on from beerco. I believed my order would arrive in a timely manner, however five days later my goods turned up. My order including yeast and other ingredients sat with Austpost over a weekend, even though l put the order in on a Wednesday.
I will now do the half hour drive to Bendigo or Sunbury to ensure the ingredients l want are fresh and not at risk of letting. me down. Ross

We are beery sorry to hear that and hop you can give us another go! We have looked into your order. You selected AusPost regular post vs express post which normally takes 1-2 days. It does seem slow for AusPost regular to take 5 days and looking at the tracking it was picked up on Thu 6 and delivered on Mon 10 Feb. The Yeast is dry yeast and will be fine out of the fridge for at least 2 weeks in transit.
