The Apollo Titan is a great 30L conical fermenter, made from stainless steel and can do real pressure fermentation.  This unit is highly cost effective compared to other pressure fermentation units.  The units design also means less risk of infection as there are minimal attachments and the wider mouth lid allows easier access for cleaning.
