Mangrove Jack's Isinglass is used to improve clarity for crystal clear beer and wine.
Isinglass will also remove unwanted compounds resulting in smoother flavour.
Mangrove Jack's 1 Litre Isinglass bottle is sufficient for 250 Litres of beer or wine.
For 25 Litres extract 250 mL of beer or wine from the fermenter.
Add 100 mL isinglass finings. Mix well then add mixture back into fermenter.
Leave 24-48 hours before bottling or kegging.
Store refrigerated once opened.
