Organic Clarified Brown Rice Malt Syrup is a versatile, natural sweetener made from organic brown rice which gives it a rich flavour with mild sweetness.

Organic Clarified Rice Malt Syrup is naturally produced and there are no additives or preservatives used at any stage of the process.

Rice malt syrup is a versatile sweetener made by culturing rice with enzymes to breakdown the starches and then cooking until it becomes a syrup. The final product contains soluble complex carbohydrates, maltose and a small amount of glucose.

This product is colorless or almost colourless, clear and has a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of rice using GMO free natural enzymes which is filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup.

Great for using as an adjunct in brewing.
