Sarsaparilla root is the key ingredient in Root Beer due to its bold bitter taste profile.

In the American “Old West” sarsaparilla was the most popular drink of the cowboys.

Cowboy: "You got a good Sarsparilla?"
Barman: "Sioux City Sarsaparilla?"
Cowboy: "Yeah, that's a good one"
Cowboy | The Big Lebowski | Film by the Coen Brothers | 1998

Many people know sarsaparilla as an old-time soda similar to root beer.  In fact, the drink called sarsaparilla was made with sasafras, birch bark, and other flavours, but no actual sarsaparilla.  The climbing thorny vine that really is sarsaparilla has been used as a traditional medicine in its native Central America.

Excellent service and great quality of products.

I bought sarsaparilla root a few months ago because it has the flavour of freshly baked buns from my school cafe. It took me back to my school days, when the grass seemed greener and the sun shone brighter—you know what I mean.
To make tea, I put two tablespoon of the root into a thermos, add 500 ml of boiling water, and let it sit overnight on my kitchen table. And voila! In the morning, you have a wonderful warm drink—perfect with crunchy toast for a little morning happiness.
I’d like to thank you, Jimmy, for your excellent service and the great quality of your product. It truly brings joy to people.
