General Trade Perception

Known as a bittering hop with a good aroma. Simcoe has pine, berry aromas and good bittering properties due to its low cohumulone content.

  1. Single infusion mash at 67°C for 60 minutes.
  2. Ferment at 19°C for two weeks, and dry hop for 3 days prior to packaging or kegging.
