Built with premium materials, the T500 Pro features a T2-grade copper column and cold finger coil paired with sturdy stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. Copper’s presence in the spirit path helps eliminate impurities, resulting in a cleaner, smoother distillate. To ensure a secure and safe fit, food-grade, high-temperature silicone seals are included for all tri-clamp connections. The T500 Pro features a thermowell at the top of the column for accurate vapour temperature monitoring, a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable high and low temperature alerts, and robust 2” tri-clamp fittings for a secure, modular setup. The detachable product condenser and removable cold finger cooling coil offer added versatility, while improved water efficiency saves up to 30% compared to the original T500, depending on usage.
Ideal for producing clean, neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro delivers exceptional clarity and purity in every run. It can reach up to 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash—producing a neutral spirit that’s ideal for vodka or as a base for flavourings, gins, and other botanical spirits. The T500 Pro is perfect for distilling water, thanks to the combined performance of copper and stainless steel saddles, which aid in the effective removal of impurities.
