The Create+ Alembic Copper Dome The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the Grainfather and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as removing unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits such as whiskey, rum, bourbon, and gin when paired with the Create+ Alembic Condenser.
The Alembic Copper Dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for it to be connected to 2" tri-clamp accessories.
