Blue Lake Milling Rolled Rice is grown under the bright shining Australian Sun and milled locally.  Blue Lake Milling Rolled Rice is a light golden colour in characteristic and absorbs large volumes of liquid.  Blue Lake Milling Rolled Rice is derived from brown grains of rice, that have been rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers in various thicknesses.

Rice is a key adjunct and feature in Japanese and American Light Lagers.  Must be mashed with malted barley to aid conversion.

Rolled Rice is a great gluten free alternative and so it can be used for crafting low gluten products.
