Organic Australian Molasses is an excellent full flavour differentiated base for your craft Rum.  Bundaberg Organic Molasses is a black viscous syrup from certified organic sugar cane produced from the Sugar Milling process

Known for its fertile red soil and tropical weather, Bundaberg is the perfect region to source the sugar cane that is essential to produce the world’s finest molasses.

Bundaberg Organic Molasses is a rich thick black liquid produced as the final syrup in the Bundaberg Organic Raw Sugar refining process.

With molasses being the core component of rum, a specialised Distillers Rum Yeast pairs perfectly with this product to create a fine quality, differentiated local craft rum you will be proud of. We also recommend you use a specialised Distillers Rum Yeast Nutrient and Buffering Solution to be sure of a fast and healthy and efficient fermentation.

Ingredient: 100% Organic Molasses

NOTE: You will need a forklift capable of handing 1200Kg IBC for unload.
