Joe White Traditional Ale Malt is made from locally sewn grown and malted Australian Two-Row barley.  Kilned at a slightly higher temperature than Pilsner Malt results in a slightly darker colour and fuller flavoured base malt, typically found in traditional English Ales.

Suitable for use in all beer styles the colour is typically in the range between 5-7 EBC with a maximum moisture of 4.5% and an Extract Fine Grind-Dry Basis minimum of 80%.

Always fresh and friable Joe White Traditional Ale Malt is a great local base malt to have on hand at all times in the brewery when your ready to fire up the mash tun!
