Excellent product to make a nerve tea which I need. Thank you. I’m not into brewing alcoholic beverages just medicinal teas.

Gentian root has a distinct dusty, bittersweet scent and flavour. It can be made into a nerve tea which is one part why I needed it. it is harmless tea. so I’m making the tea out of other herbs including the gentian root. The recipe can be found in Back to Eden by Jethro Kloss. I trust his work because it works for me.

This hop is just exquisite. So complex and layered. Kind of like Nelson with more fruit and some kauri pine forest floor thing going on. Wish I'd bought more of it.

Excellent beer. You get way more hops in the kit than the few you add during the boil, so I added the extra as a dry hop addition. I’m calling it an American Amber IPA now and it’s fantastic!
